Doughmakers Pizza Pan 12-in. Review

I highly recommend this pizza pan and all other Doughmakers bakeware.I have and use various Wilton and Kaiser sheets and pans but after repeatedly using a small Doughmakers sheet which I received free with the purchase of a pie tin, I decided to buy a whole collection by Doughmakers.I have found all the sheets and pans to be most satisfactory.Only for some recipes would I consider using a stone, which I have not done because I have not been bothered to take the time to warm a stone in my standard convection oven.No brick oven here.

Keilen Italian Villa 3-Piece Deep Dish Pizza Pan Set Review

I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband who's a pretty good chef and pizza maker.He wanted to venture into the deep dish pizza world, though we typically make and eat thinner crust pizzas.Overall, this set is pretty good, with solid construction.We really like the pan with holes in the bottom and the tray it sits on.The combination pizza cutter/spatula is really too small to lift a serious deep dish pizza.We have a larger, industrial-strength pizza cutter that works much better.We used a recipe from the included recipe book and it did not cook all the way through in the middle.I think this will take time and practice.All in all, this is a good set for the home chef.

Universal Housewares Pre-Seasoned Cast Iron Pizza Pan Review

I just love this pre seasoned pan.It did not come with that nasty waxy coating on it that gives off a heinous odor when heated.It was ready to use....after a washing of course...

I have yet to make a pizza on it, but have used it for numerous other meals.
