Have been using these pots and pans for over a year and love them, they heat up fast and evenly, clean well (as long as you don't burn food in them) and the handles are securely fastened and stay cool. And no teflon in your food... Would buy again.

I never write reviews, but this set has inspired me.It looks great, heats up fast, cooks evenly, and is the best non-stick I've ever used.I've just ordered a second set for my summer home.The set offers an excellent range of cookware.(The only thing I've added is an 8" skillet.)I'm surprised to discover that I don't mind washing it by hand, since it's so easy to wash (one swipe, which I used to have to do before I put my old pots in the dishwasher).The stay-cool rubber handles are great: coolness without looking cheap.The glass lids are also wonderful: nice for seeing what's in the pot and very easy to clean.I used to have Calphalon, and it quickly became discolored, got things permanently stuck to it, began to look terrible (I finally gave it away).I thought seriously about Le Creuset, but finally decided against it (cost, weight, not really non-stick) and am glad I did.Caveat: I'm not an extremely refined cook, so have no idea how well this would perform in very high-end cooking, but I'm *very* happy with it.

Hamilton Beach 63220 Eclectrics All-Metal 12-Speed Stand Mixer, Sterling Review

I was a little skeptical buying a non-KitchenAid mixer, since they seem to be the mixer that every chef has.However, I really liked the look of this one, and it's less expensive, and it has a 3-year warranty as opposed to a 1-year, so I took my chances.Unlike the reviewer before me, I was pleasantly surprised when I pulled it out of the box.It was slightly bigger than I expected (bulkier than our KitchenAid Artisan), but it can still fit under the cabinets even when the head is lifted, and the finish is beautiful.It looks like brushed metal, but it has a glossy coat to make it smooth.The mixer seems very well-made.I had received a KitchenAid commercial style mixer previously as a gift and returned it, because the quality seemed really poor (the finish had numerous scratches and unfinished areas of metal) and it was really big and loud.I was amazed at how quiet the Hamilton Beach mixer was.It's quieter than our Artisan mixer - you can barely hear it at all when it's on lower speeds.I made a batch of cookies and it mixed up fine.I didn't have to scrape the sides any more than with the KitchenAid.One complaint I have is that the bowl feels pretty cheap and doesn't lock as securely as the KitchenAid, and I don't know if any other bowl will fit in it.I've only used the beater attachment so far, but I'm impressed with it.The white coating on it feels really nice and smooth - I was expecting plastic from the picture, but it's actually sturdy metal covered with some kind of glossy enamel.I'm still getting used to the quick-release button in the back as opposed to the lock on the side of the KitchenAid, but I think once I get used to it, it will make things quicker and easier.I was worried I'd regret going with a company I wasn't too familiar with instead of KitchenAid, but I don't regret it at all.It's gorgeous!

KitchenAid 8-Quart Cast-Iron Oval Casserole, Garnet Review

I've never been disappointed with KitchenAid products and this dutch oven is no exception. The color matched our kitchen perfectly. It has a contemporary look to it, unlike some of the other outdated models.The porcelain finish is good and tough. The lid has little nubs under it to promote self-basting. Highly recommended!

KitchenAid 6-1/2-Quart Cast-Iron Oval Casserole, Blue Review

The Dutch oven color is a deep blue with white interior. Cleans very easily with soap and water and so far does not seem to stain. Although it is heavy, it does beautifully in a 500 degree oven without having to worry about the handles. Heats evenly. Durable and does not chip, if it does chip in the future I would be very surprised. The quality is great. It was the only Dutch oven I could find that would stand up to 500 degree oven without replacing the handles.
