I love this skillet.It's the only one I use anymore.Easy clean up, great color and heats evenly.The 12 inch skillet is the best size for all in one meals. Only wish it had a lid.Would love a complete set.

Rachael Ray 6-qt. Saute Pan Multiple Colors Available Review

I was so excited to open this up when it arrived (Very quickly BTW). But as I started to read the instructions, I discovered that this porcelain cookware is not recommended for ceramic or glass top stove tops. So unfortunately this will be going back. I wish they had put that in the description. But this pot is very BIG, and would have made my life so much easier with feeding my family of 6!

Rachael Ray Hard Anodized 12-Inch Open Skillet, Orange Review

I absoultely love this pan. Food does not stick(I use EVOO spray) and it's a quick clean in the sink.My only advice is DO NOT put this in the dishwasher. The bottom will start to turn sliver. Also if you scratch with a fork or sharp object, it will start to turn a rusty color overtime when using a dishwasher. Use a spatula and wash in the sink. Yes, this is my second one due to not listening to the instructions. NO Dishwasher. After owning one month, still looks brand new. One more helpful advice is when washing make sure food isn't trapped underneath the inside edge of the two handle screws. Hope this helps...

Update 5-22-09:Just wanted to let you know the pan is still in perfect condition. I eventually went ahead and bought the whole set around Christmas time for a really great price. All pieces still look brand new. By the way, we do use one or two pans atleast 5-6 days a week.

Rachael Ray 8-Quart Hard-Anodized Covered Oval Pasta Pot, Orange Review

I am kicking myself that I decided to buy this Rachael Ray version over Analon's original design. I figured I'd save myself 30 bucks. This pan is really thin and heats pasta water rapidly because of it, but it is horrible for soups, legumes, etc. Because the walls/bottom of the pan are so thin, stuff sticks and scorches very easily. It's best for pasta or corn on the cob.

I do understand that it being lightweight is a plus for a pasta pot, as it makes it easier to lift and pour...but I really was hoping it could do double duty like Analon's oval 5qt saute pan.Thankfully, though it tends to burn my soup, it does clean up easily!

Rachael Ray 10-Piece Porcelain Enamel Cookware Sets Review

I was really excited to buy these, loved the color and loved the silicone handles. Unfortunately I have discovered the porcelain enamel rubs right off, even with just plain old water.

I noticed the first week I bought the set that the most of the pans already had minor smudges exposing the metal of the pan under the green paint. Then one day I was toweling off a pan I HAND WASHED and noticed the green enamel rubbed off all over the towel. I simply washed the pans with warm soapy water, nothing harsh.

I am extremely dissappointed with the quality of these pans. It is a great design but they are evidently made with very cheap workmanship.
