I was really worried about this pan.The first ever molded cake tin, and for a birthday party the next day, was it all going to stick and not come out nicely?Spending 1/2 hour on the internet comparing various pieces of advice on keeping mold cakes intact when removing from the pan... I ended up greasing well with butter, flouring, then letting the cake cool completely before removing.It came out PERFECTLY!!!The pan itself is solidly made, and because the cake just slid out, easy to clean up.
