This roaster works great and the clean up is easy.I am so happy I have this because it seems like each Thanksgiving and Christmas there are more people coming over and the turkey keeps getting bigger.

I agree on the burn off.It really stinks and you MUST do it before you use it.Don't let the burn off turn you away from this product.Its well worth it.

This Thanksgiving we are going out of town and I plan on buying a new one to use for Thanksgiving dinner.Little do the people know that I am going to be giving this as a house warming gift.They asked me to bring my roaster but I think I will give them one they can keep.

This is also good to use for a large pasta dinner.I used this for a fundraiser dinner and it was filled with sloppy Joe mix.

Over the summer I even used it to hold a fresh fruit salad.Just make sure you don't turn the roaster on.
