I had this product and after many years of use it broke.I searched high and low and when I found it again - I was thrilled!The ButterMate is so handy and works great! You can slice thin layers of butter or thicker ones for your pancakes.Great for baking or just frying an egg. Is one of those little "gadgets" you must have.

Franciscan Apple/Cookware Casserole with Lid Review

Just when I think I own every piece of Franciscan Apple Cookware, China, Glasses, Stemware, Linens, and Specialty Items (like my Wall Clock), I am so pleased to find another piece. Franciscan China has been manufactured for a long time--about 15 years ago, Wedgwood China in England purchased the California Franciscan line. This Franciscan Casserole Dinnerware with Lid is perfect for use, as oven-to-tableware. However, I tend to use all my Franciscan Apple Casseroles as serving dishes for precooked food. I heat the dish in a 225-250 degree oven so that it is warm for serving. If you use this Dinnerware for baking in the oven be careful not to set the temperature too high. If you are not familiar with this pattern of dinnerware, you will be charmed by the handpainted apple design. Each piece is unique!

I got this for my 40th birthday. It is so fun. The hit of our fourth of July Celebration! I actually had people come and personally thank me for making their ice cream!!!!!
