Presto 8-Quart Aluminum Pressure Cooker Review

I purchased a bunch of canning gear and as a result was entitled to an additional promotional claim, so I threw this pressure cooker in with it.What a great deal.I was impressed with the solid construction of this cooker, easy to use, nice features.Presto makes a newer one without the handle, but personally I think the handle is far more useful, especially for browning meat prior to pressure cooking, and the new one is priced at twice this one.I just made a batch of rice pudding in this thing, works great.I am looking forward to long years of service with this thing.

T-Fal Premier 10.25 saute pan. Review

We have several t-fal pans. After 5-6 years of usage, the 10" one needed replacement, so I ordered this Premiere pan. It looks very-very good, it's made in France and more, it works as expected. The non-adhesive interior is unbelievable. Water in this pan looks like Mercury if you've seen some, it just does not adhere at all. Nothing else will. After usage you just rinse it and its clean and dry. Fot the newer model, the handle is thicker to offer you a good grip and the pan is a little bit deeper. The Thermospot is right on, the outer coating is proven to last very long and base has some nice patterns to get even heating. Overall a very-very good product. Not to mention it's about $16.

Nordic Ware Bakers Half Sheet, 13 X 18 X 1 Review

Sick of cheapie "cookie sheets" that buckle when you use them and only last a couple of years? Spend a little and get a pro 1/2 sheet pan. It's very sturdy and will probably last a home user a lifetime (heck, they last years in commercial kitchens). Fits in standard home ovens.

Nordic Ware Non-Stick Muffin Pan Review

This muffin tin is very professionally made and really conducts heat well - shaving a few minutes off the cooking time! Also, its nonstick and dishwasher safe -BUT best of all, there are NO SEAMS around the CUPS like there usually are to catch gunk! It is MOLDED (stamped out) in one SMOOTH piece, soooo easy to clean. Bound to last a lifetime, this is the last muffin tin you'll ever buy! Its worth trying just for that smooth top! (and Made by Nordic Ware in the good ole USA!)
PS: Do not use PAM or any kind of pan release spray on non stick anything! Use paper cups, and if you want to, just mist the tin with oil before you put it in the oven.
