Staub 4 Quart Round Cocotte, OrangeThe only pot I've paid full price for in my kitchen. I use this instead of a sauce pan, wish I would have picked this up a long time ago as I would have picked up the 8 quart too. I've already got a 28cm LC. From this example I have surmised that the Staubs cook a bit faster, which personally I'm into. I also like the style. The self basting spikes are really a non issue for me as I never braise anything, and the black enamel on the interior is not as pleasant as an LC, but I've never had a problem discerning whether the fond was scortching, etc. Ultimately, if they made the 8 quart in orange I would have a harder time justifying not grabbing another one...
