We had found one of these at a gentleman's house selling his old restaurant equipment. Once we tried it, we realized it was awesome. It seasons very easily and holds the seasoning very well. We were pleased to find this item online. It turns out wonderful oven cooked food items. As well, its design is very unique and interesting and it is very large. The price was good too.
