Anolon Advanced 7 inch Santoku with Hollow-Ground BladeThis is an amazing knife for the price.It fits beautifully in your hand and the weight is perfect.It is heavy with great leverage.I absolutely love to chop with it.I have Wustoff knife that i also like, but i have to admit for half the price this one is the winner. I can't imagine a better knife for this price on the market.
