Calphalon One Infused Anodized 3-Quart Chef's Pan with LidI bought this pan after having bought an entire set of Calphalon pans about two years ago.Their pans are truly fantastic, they are very heavy gauge aluminum that are properly anodized so that they give great cooking results.This particular pan, the chef's pan, is one of our favorites for doing everyday type cooking chores and we decided that we could definitely use a second one.I'm am very happy to say that the quality over the last two years has stayed consistant and the new pan is just as great as the set we bought previously.

I would highly recommend these pans for anyone that enjoys cooking with quality tools.
