I got this pan for Christmas. Wow! It's capable of making in about 8 to 10 minutes a pizza of superior quality. Like the directions says spray the pan with olive oil before using your favorite homemade or purchased dough. I lke to use the dough sold at Walmart, stretch it out and brush with a sugar and water solution and then spray with olive oil. I put the cheese on the bottom.Add your favorite toppings and then tablespoons of sauce here and there,again a light spray of EVO, sprinkle with parma cheese.
