I have had a set for years and am known for my Linzer Tarts by friends and family.My niece wanted to learn how to make them and I bought a set for her as a stocking stuffer.Now she can make "Aunt Linda's Linzer Tarts" and carry on the tradition.I bought a set of Christmas shaped ones from a different company and they fell apart.These are still the best.

Create European-style linzer cookies filled with raspberry or apricot jam and topped with sugar. The fluted round cookie cutter has interchangeable center shapes for cutting out centre holes.
