7.6 QT COMMERCIAL STAINLESS STEEL SAUCE PAN - NSF Review

This giant steel saucepan is not very heavy but solid and well constructed.The long handle stays cool so there is no need to use a potholder but the little handle heats up.The lid fits tightly. I plan to use the pot for light cooking and it seems to perfectly suit this function.
