It's a sturdy baking sheet. Easy to clean. It does what I need it to do.So far I've used it for brownies, home made cheddar biscuits, and cinnamon rolls.It also fits nicely inside my 18 quart Nesco Roaster.I used it to hold a chicken and keep the roaster cook well clean.
