I have had this set now for 2 years. I cook with them every day and there are virtually no scratches. I have a gas stove and they cook evenly and are very durable. I love the size of these pans. They are a bit heavy but I work around that. I have only used plastic or wooden utensils and I do wash them by hand. They are very easy clean up, if you wash right after use it makes it that much easier but if you don't wash right after use, a little hot water and some soap will clean them right out. I was very iffy and did a lot of research before I spent this kind of money on a set of pots and pans. I wanted to be sure I would get a set that lasted. I have to say that after 2 years they are still like new. I love to cook in them each time it's like having a new set everyday. I hardly use any oil just a little bit of spray and we are ready to go.I have a family of 5 and do a lot of cooking and not having to worry about things sticking or burning is a huge deal. I am always trying to cook and do other things at the same time and I can't stand over the stove.
I strongly suggest this set. I can't say enough about it. 2 years with no scratches, amazing....
