When I got these I was so excited about the concept. The Idea is great, they are just not put together very well. I bought 2 of these sets. I followed the directions and I mounted them, then filled the individual containers with my spices. They leak. Where the silver in the front meets the plastic on the side there is a gap and it leaks. It's a pretty big gap so even the flaky thicker spices come through and not just the ground up ones. I thought it was just that one, but out of the 2 carousels 24 individual containers 5 of them had this problem. I didn't want to return them because I already have visible holes for mounting and all my spices are loaded up and previous containers thrown away. I called the company and spoke with Brenda and told her my problem. I thought maybe they could send me some individual replacement containers and I would send the defective ones back to her, she said they where 4$ each. I didn't see why I should have to pay for there defective canisters twice. She said she would talk to her manager Owen then called me back and said no again. She was very nice about it but I am still left fixing there defect with silicone or something. So thanks for nothing fox run. fox run is the name of the company that makes these kitchen art items.
