Paderno World Cuisine slotted fish turner with stainless steel blade and handle 7 1/2'I did not find it very good for seafood as the metal is somewhat thicker then the fish spatula I looked at the retail store. It works good on my grill to turn hamburgers. I did get different fish spatula from amazon and it works excellent for fish.
