World Cuisine 12.5-Inch Blue Steel Wok (53032) Review

I have used carbon steel fry pans for years.This wok meets and exceeds my expectations.When seasoned properly it is just like a non-stick pan,I do all my cooking on a gas cook top the wok heats evenly sides and bottom because of its 3 mm thickness and the long handel stays cool. I would definitely recommend this wok to any cook or chef who wants to take there service to the next level....
