This broiler is exactly what I was looking for and cooks beautifully.As others have mentioned though, it is very difficult to clean.I tried spraying it with oil before using it which made it even worse.The areas where there was oil and no food will not get clean and may be damaged.The food comes out perfectly though and the size of this broiler is perfect as well.I have a fairly small oven and this fits in with maybe half an inch to spare.
