We have several t-fal pans. After 5-6 years of usage, the 10" one needed replacement, so I ordered this Premiere pan. It looks very-very good, it's made in France and more, it works as expected. The non-adhesive interior is unbelievable. Water in this pan looks like Mercury if you've seen some, it just does not adhere at all. Nothing else will. After usage you just rinse it and its clean and dry. Fot the newer model, the handle is thicker to offer you a good grip and the pan is a little bit deeper. The Thermospot is right on, the outer coating is proven to last very long and base has some nice patterns to get even heating. Overall a very-very good product.
