Town Food Service 14 Inch Mandarin Flat Bottom Wok Review

This is a nice sized, hand hammered wok. I use it on a turkey fryer and it works very well. The flat bottom is essential, as you can set it down if needed to do other things. My only complaint is that the wooden handle is held in with one pin and it was cracked through when I received it. It is loose and I will need to fix it myself at some point. Other than that, very nice.
