I made apricot juice with this and plum juice.the whole house smelledf wonderful while doing it, plus it saves a lot of time from the old "boil and strain" method. IT did take a little longer than the instructions said, but that may be because I used a lot of fruit, or because of difference in altitides.This is a MUST for canning juice.
