Nordic Ware Heavyweight 10 Inch Angel Food Cake Pan Review

I had been looking for a one-piece pan.I got this one and it is the best.The first two pound cakes that I have made have come out so beautifully.They were a nice, golden brown and they did not stick at all.It is really hard to find a one-piece pan these days.I may buy another to keep around just in case.

Chicago Metallic Angel Cake Pan with Feet Review

This is one of the best pans I have ever purchased, and I have quite a few. It bakes evenly, and the chocolate angel food cake that I use it for is scrumptious to the last drop. It came last week, and I have so far baked three. I messed up the second one, but rebounded with the third. I plan to use it for other cakes as well. I make an apple butter cake which is to die for, and I am certain it will work well in this pan. And from there who knows. That said, thanks for the pan, and double thanks for the great service. Amazon you are the best, and till next time piece. I just love doing business with your company.

Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-Inch Round Nonstick Cake Pan Review

Calphalon Classic Bakeware 9-Inch Round Nonstick Cake Pan is made of sturdy aluminumized steel and is thick enough to feel very solid.More importantly, the extra thickness will help heat spread evenly throughout the pan and prevent warping over time.The nonstick coating has worked very well so far and with proper care should continue to last for quite a few years.Calphalon does not recommend putting it in the dishwasher, but that is standard for nonstick products.

My experiences with this baking pan so far have been completely positive.The baking does appear to be even throughout the pan and I've had no issue with the nonstick coating.The only thing I can't speak to is how it will perform over many years but it certainly seems very sturdy and durable so far.I can see no problems with it and recommend to anyone looking for a first class 9" cake pan.

Calphalon's 9-inch, nonstick cake pan is constructed of heavyweight, aluminized steel that distributes heat evenly and will not twist or warp over time. Sturdy, reinforced rolled rims enable this pan to maintain its shape. The two-tone surface promotes perfect browning. A silver grey exterior assures efficient baking time and a medium grey interior protects against overbrowning. The reliable nonstick surface is made to release baked goods cleanly and completely, so cleanup is fast and easy. The pan is oven safe to 450 degrees F, but is not broiler safe. Dishwasher detergents contain caustic chemicals that will damage the nonstick surface and void the lifetime warranty. To best maintain the pan, use nylon, wood or coated utensils when cooking and cleaning. When storing, place a linen or paper towel between the pan and other items to prevent one from scratching the other. The pan is covered by Calphalon's lifetime warranty when put to normal household use and cared for according to instructions.

Anolon Suregrip 5-Piece Bakeware Set Review

Alright home bakers everywhere, throw out those rusty cake pans and warped cookie sheets. Anolon ROCKS and at this price, it's stock up time! There are plenty of reasons to love Anolon. Excellent quality, even baking, the sillicone handles so the clutsiest of bakers (ME!) won't drop fresh baked brownies on the floor...But the #1 reason I love Anolon bakeware is because there is no sticking and therefore, no mess!I am a busy mother of three, ages 6, 4 and 1. I homeschool the six year old and quite honestly, I don't have time for scrubbing pans. One gentle wipe with the dish rag and these babies are clean! Awesome!
