Nordic Ware Heavyweight 10 Inch Angel Food Cake PanI had been looking for a one-piece pan.I got this one and it is the best.The first two pound cakes that I have made have come out so beautifully.They were a nice, golden brown and they did not stick at all.It is really hard to find a one-piece pan these days.I may buy another to keep around just in case.
