This is a pretty good pan, although with 2 flaws.#1: it is not leakproof, good for cheesecakes but not for liquid desserts (flan)
#2: the removable tray has a 1/2 cm lip that raised, so it's very difficult to remove the dessert out of the tray. I made a flourless chocolate cake, and part of it stayed in the tray. Very messy and not esthetically appealing!
On the positive side, the metal is sturdy and the latch is easy to maneuver, but if I could buy another pan, I would.
