Nordic Ware Banana Bread Pan Review

I admit it.I'm addicted to bakeware.When I first saw this pan I thought, "How cute. But I don't need this pan."So after much deliberation (I think it took 4 minutes altogether) I ordered it (from another source; Amazon wasn't the least expensive in this case). It's a beautiful pan. The banana trees and bananas are well-executed and have plenty spaces to hold extra glaze. It's a bit on the small size, so depending on your recipe, you may make a few muffins to go with the loaf, or perhaps a second loaf after the first is baked. Great, whimsical pan and the quality is top-notch.
