I worked in an old-fashioned drug store during high school.I have wanted my own milkshake maker ever since.This is a fantastic product. The shakes turn out just like they used to at work.I love that the motor is powerful enough to handle thick shakes and freezes. The spindle is very sturdy and allows for moving the cup around to get the perfect blend.I use the same formula for my creations that I learned at work - 3 scoops of ice cream and just enough liquid for desired thickness.I have had no problem with splash over.Extra cups are $9.99 from the manufactuer.I would definately purchase this mixer again.
