Kitchen Aid Cookware: Imusa Cast Aluminum Caldero 36 centimeter, 11.6 Quart, NSF Certified Review

I really like this pot.It is the 11.6 quart and I was able to brown 11 chicken breasts at the same time all lined up next to one another with room to spare!I would have given five stars, but the lid does not fit well.No matter which way you turn it, it doesn't quite fit and leaves a small gap.I was cooking chicken and rice, and the gap did not affect the way the rice cooked.In fact, I was very pleased with the even distribution of heat, and the rice cooked evenly all around.I did read other reviews of different size pots, and this lid problem was mentioned, so apparently it is a recurring problem.Even with the lid not fitting, I still like this pot very much, and will probably buy some in other sizes.
