Kitchen Aid Cookware: Nordic Ware Pro Cast Cute Cupcake Pan Review

Not only does this ship lightening fast, but it bakes one adorable giant cupcake.I will share with you some of the things I wish were in the description and/or the directions.One, it makes a cupcake approximately 5" across and 7" high, or to put that into perspective, the finished cupcake cake shown in the picture is actually on a saucer, not a plate.Two, you need to be sure and grease and flour the pans very well as, if it sticks, it is more difficult to get out than the average cake (at least the cupcake top is) due to the details in the pan. Three, although it includes a recipe for a vanilla cake, I chose to use a box yellow cake mix.I was able to get 3 cupcake cakes out of 2 mixes so 2/3 of a mix will make one cake.
