I love cooking knives, and when I saw this being demonstrated in Costco, I did take a second look. My wife wanted to buy it but I wouldn't let her, even though I thought it looked really cool. Well, guess who got what for Valentine's day?

This knife is awesome. It not only looks cool, but it is highly functional. Extremely sharp; great feel; excellent cut. Don't think too long. Just buy it!
