Nikko Ceramics Blanc Fleur Ramekin Review

Cute ramekins perfect for creme caramel, chocolate mousse, mini-souffles, or other small individual servings. The embossed pattern around the top is a really nice change from the usual plain or ribbed styles you see everywhere.My only complaint is that these are smaller than I expected - probably more like 3.5 inches in diameter.Also, I wish the manufacturer would list volume, since this helps in better gauging the size (ramekin holds approx. 1/2 cup).Anyway, I think these are very pretty, and will definitely hold on to them.
