Kitchen Aid Cookware: Frieling USA Sitram Catering Stockpots Review

This is a fantastic stockpot, as good as it gets. Yes, it's expensive, but if you can afford it, it's definitely worth it. I have several Sitram Catering pots that I bought in the '90s that I still use all the time. I also have several All-Clad stainless steel pots and use them frequently as well. Because I'm familiar with both and cook a lot, I feel confident to say that the Sitram Catering pots (which I believe are also called Frieling since Frieling now manufactures some or all of them) are superior by far. All-Clad are good pots, but Sitram Catering are superb. They're very heavy in weight, so if you have a problem with that, you might prefer All-Clad, which are significantly lighter.
