Kitchen Aid Cookware: Calphalon Classic Bakeware 12-Cup Nonstick Muffin Pan Review

I run a small baking/cupcake business and have tried many different cupcake (muffin) pans over the years.I didn't really think that there was much of a difference between pans, until I tried this one.My cupcakes come out with a perfect dome on top, the sides never stick, and they are always perfectly cooked from top to bottom.I definetly recommend spending the extra money and gettin a quality cupcake pan like this one!I do wash it in the dishwasher, and have not had any problems thus far.
