I bought this griddle because I only have the long one and I hate to wash it. At first I thought I was going to sacrifice space and comfortability, but I was wrong. We eat tortillas everyday and we definitely love quesadillas and this griddle has the perfect size. It can fit up to four tortillas (corn or flour) at the same time and when making quesadillas this is the perfect size too.
I only wish the handle was red too, it's black and all my things in the kitchen are red. But I definitely rate this as an excellent product.
