Kitchen Aid Cookware: Kitchen Essentials® from Calphalon® Hard-Anodized Nonstick Omelette Pan

I bought the Kitchen Essentials from Calphalon Hard-Anodized Nonstick Omelette Pan - 8" to replace a similar pan (Cuisinart?) I bought from Bed Bath and Beyond.Unlike the other, this pan has a GREAT non-stick surface that I use daily for scrambled eggs, fried eggs, pan-fried vegetables, hamburgers, etc.The Hard-Anodized pan UNDER the non-stick is a good weight.The handle stays cool when you're using it to flip mushrooms etc.

The one one complaint is little bend at the end of the handle.It gets in the way of the pans flipping usefulness.And I can't imagine what the purpose is, unless some designer thought it would make it easier to hang it on a nail on the wall!
