This Griddle worked perfectly on our gas stove, covering two burners at a time.I have cooked everything from steaks, chicken, pork, shrimp, grilled vegetables and jalapeño peppers, and all have come out perfectly.The griddle cooks evenly and cleans up easily, so it gets five stars in my book.
