Anolon Advanced 12 inch Open Round GriddleI love this pan, it comes in so handy for a bunch of different uses. The even heating from center to edge is amazingly consistent...browning everything the same no matter where it's placed. Also a great "one pan" breakfast pan...eggs, sausage, hash browns...all in same pan...You have to get this beauty, it will serve you well.
