Aluminum is one of the better metals to use as a pizza pan.It's not only light weight, it conducts the oven heat very well...certainly better than the cardboard that comes under most frozen pizzas!This results in much crisper pizza crust coming out of the oven.The downside of aluminum is that it's soft.It's virtually impossible to use a pizza cutter without leaving star-shaped scratches on the pan.Unless you're planning on hanging the thing on the wall, this doesn't really affect anything.(And, if you're hanging these on your wall, I highly suggest that you fire your decorator..)
Conclusion:They're cheap.They work.Buy the sizes you need and plan on recycling them when they eventually get completely trashed.
