Revere Traditions 11-Inch Griddle Review

To be honest, this griddle wasn't exactly what I expected.I was under the impression that the "Traditions" line for Reverware was stainless steel.This griddle is not, however, it is heavier than any other griddles out there and I'm hoping that it won't warp after repeated use like others that I have purchased.
