Simply Calphalon Enamel 8 Inch Covered Omelette Pan, Black Review

Since I cook for one, I have found this to be an extremely versatile, high quality pan adequate for nearly all of my needs. "Non stick" is totally true for this model - I have had no need for cooking spray for any foods. It cleans beautifully with a quick swipe of the soapy sponge, heats evenly, and the lid (a rare find for an omelet pan!) does not become overheated during cooking. Quality is superb.
