What can I say?The ocean air has a fragrance, and this salt has a flavor--and it is a delicious one.This isn't a salt for mixing into the pot, but for sprinkling over roasted veggies or anything in which the moist crystaline texture can stand out.I don't know if other brands are as good--and I'm disappointed that Amazon doesn't offer Prime on this product--but it's available at Treasure Island and other gourmet stores.
