Calphalon One Infused Anodized 5-Quart Dutch Oven Review

Have spent the last year replacing my trusty Revereware with Calphalon One and must say...the change is wonderful.My last piece to replace was the dutch oven and I finally found this 5 qt Calphalon piece.I have used it for soups, stews, spaghetti sauce, and roasts, and it works beautifully.I really like it.My only complaint with this is that is does not have a domed lid like my Revereware pot, but I can manage without it.If you need a dutchoven smaller than Calphalon's typical 7 or 10 qt. models, this is the one!
