Kitchen Aid Cookware: Mauviel Cuprinox Pour La Table 10.4-Inch Round Frying Pan with Bronze Handle Review

I am still relatively new to good kitchen ware and how to use them.I learned very quickly that this pan requires a low amount of heat compared tomy other older aluminum pans and spaces the heating around the whole pan.I found this pan great for making a large amount of steaks and for making a wine sauce after wards and is great for sautee ( I love making a white wine butter sauce with this pan, with shallots).I somehow left cloud shaped patterns of white hazing on the top of the pan - probably from misuse and lack of knowledge.
