This is a great all-around kitchen tool, from prying sauce out of jars to mixing ground meats to sauteeing.The handle is comfortable and the rigidity of the stainless steel is a good complement to the flexibility of the silicone.The silicone end has a very nice shape that gets into corners well.The two-piece construction has its pros and cons; the good news is that it's easy to take apart for cleaning; the bad news is that as there isn't a permanent seal between the silicone and steel, it is necessary to take it apart to be sure it's been thoroughly cleaned.
