KitchenAid 6-1/2-Quart Cast-Iron Oval Casserole, Blue Review

The Dutch oven color is a deep blue with white interior. Cleans very easily with soap and water and so far does not seem to stain. Although it is heavy, it does beautifully in a 500 degree oven without having to worry about the handles. Heats evenly. Durable and does not chip, if it does chip in the future I would be very surprised. The quality is great. It was the only Dutch oven I could find that would stand up to 500 degree oven without replacing the handles.
