I was sceptical, I admit it, when I bought this set.I had previously had Circulon anodized pans which were hopeless.
My Sisier encouraged me to get these, she has them and she wanted to convince me that the Circulon design and not the anodized coating was the problem.
She was so right, these pans do what they say and stay nice and clean to boot, being not at all difficult to keep that way, whatever the task you throw at them. Solid little workhorse pans, wish I had had them years ago!
