Don't look any further for a pastry mat.This is the one to buy.I would definitely buy this one again andbuy it for a gift.I use this mat in my business and it will take a lot of wear.The back size has something that keeps it from moving on the counter; you can roll dough as hard as you want and the mat will not move.It is easy to clean up with just a wet soapy dishcloth and when your done, just pick it up.The backing holds when rolling but doesn't make it difficult to remove from the counter.
