This Infrared Convection Oven cooks 30% faster than its competitor.I owned another Infrared oven but it was slower to heat up, where the Morningware Oven comes on instantly.Additionally, the other unit had a slow convection fan, I find that with the Morningware Infrared Oven the stronger fan circulates the hot air more completely so that cooking is more even all the way to the ends of the rack.I especially like the true cook and serve oven to table glass tray which is significantly more substantial and better looking than an enamel on steel tray.Foods come out great, tender, juicy, appropriately browned and the grease drippings are greater than when I cooked in my regular oven, so I know it is healthier food for me.

A real plus is that it lights up so that you can see the food cooking!

I recommend this oven to anyone who wants to save time, money, and their health!
